Scarves in Greece...Yes, I Said Scarves.

If you’re preparing to pack for a trip to Greece, you should consider packing a scarf. Yes…I said a scarf. Even though you might think that is crazy because Greece is indeed a warm, tropical country, you will quickly learn a scarf is the perfect outfit accessory. All across the island of Mykonos, they sell lightweight, colorful scarves. It is the perfect thing to spice up an outfit or keep you warm in the evening.

Something you will not realize before coming to Greece is that in the month of May, the evenings become chilly. You got out for the day in shorts and a tank top because of the warm sun but by dinner time you start to shiver. You won’t regret shoving a lightweight scarf into your purse.

A lot of the scarves also have white, knitted fray at the ends to add some design. Some shops that you visit while in Mykonos town will also sel; scarves with intricate designs if you want something that creates more of a statement. Whether you are wearing a dress, shirt, or bathing suit, you will want to have a scarf to wrap around you when the winds get chilly.

You will not regret purchasing a scarf here in Mykonos because they are beautiful, lightweight, and very useful for your vacation.
