The Pork Kebab
The Kalamaki Mykonos is located on the Old Port in the town. This is not a restaurant for a romantic dinner, but it is a good place to refresh yourself to be prepared for the trip in a relatively short period of time. The waiters are very considerate and they will let you know the size of the food to help you choose food that really fit you.
The Pork Kebab was a very "valuable"dish. Porks, tomatoes, onions, breads... the kebab offered all of the nutrients I need for a brunch. It looked small, but it was actually a lot. When taking an exhausting trip, I think the best choice for brunch is a kebab because it could enrich your nutrients and refresh your body without having too much.

Omelet with Tomato and Cheese
When I saw this omelet, it reminded me about the omelet in the Fresh Food Company, one of the two dining halls in UF. I assumed that the taste did not differ from the ones I had in America. However, the different taste surprised me. Not only because this one was without hams and bacons, but the taste of eggs and cheese. The chef was skilled in controlling the fire level, so that the eggs were very tender. Not as Americans, the Greek chef made the omelet by feta cheese, instead of the yellow cheddar cheese.

The Pork Gyro
This Pork Gyro is make up by pork, bread, and fries. The pork tasted very good because it was a combination of different flavors. And the pork was very tender and easy to chew. The fries were also good because the flavor was enriched by not only salt, but also other seasonings. I didn't even need the ketchup when I ate the fries.

The Traditional Mykonian Breakfast
This breakfast was made by two fried eggs, breads, and Greek meats. The eggs were not fully cooked, so that we could see the egg yolk flowing away. because the meats were pickled before, it was too salty to eat the meat without other complements. I tried to make a burger by those three food, and the flavor was improved actually, which was a very nice experience.
